Signing In

For better security, SAFE One offers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) application. If you organization has this enabled, you'll need to download Google Authenticator or any other TOTP app on your smartphone.

Follow these steps to enable MFA:

1. Navigate to your SAFE One tenant and enter your Email and Password.
2. Click the Next button. You will be directed to the two-step verifications set-up page.
3. Scan the QR code using your TOTP app.
4. Enter the Verification Code obtained by scanning the QR code.
5. Click the Verify button.

Once setup, you will be redirected to your SAFE One tenant homepage.

Signing in with Multi-Factor Authentication

1. Navigate to your SAFE One tenant.
2. Enter your Email and Password, or log in using SSO.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the verification code from the TOTP application.
4. Click the Verify button.

Once authentication, you will be directed to your SAFE One tenant homepage.
