Resetting your Password

If you forgot your SAFE password for your SAFE tenant, and your organization is NOT using SSO, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option on the SAFE Sign In page.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Navigate to your SAFE One tenant. Enter your Email.
2. Click the Forgot Password option at the bottom of the password field. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.
3. Enter your Email and click the Send Code button. The system will send a security code to your email.
4. Enter the Security Code into the prompt.
5. Create and confirm your password. Click the Save button.
